Fiancé Visa

Getting Married to Your Loved One Living Overseas?

Are you planning to marry your partner who currently lives overseas? I am here to guide you through the process, ensuring everything is handled smoothly for your ‘Fiancé Visa’ application. Below is an outline of how I can assist you:

• Filling Out the NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage):

Together, we will complete the NOIM form. You will need your Birth Certificate and/or Passport along with a valid Photo I.D. Providing as much information as possible about your fiancé will ensure the form is thorough and complete.

•Letter for the Department of Immigration:

During our meeting, I will provide the required letter for the Department of Immigration to issue a ‘Fiancé Visa.’

•Validity of the NOIM:

Please note, the NOIM is valid for a maximum of 18 months from the date it is completed. While the date of the marriage on the NOIM is flexible and can change, the marriage must legally take place within nine months of your fiancé’s arrival in Australia.

•Deposit Payment:

At this meeting, a deposit will be required. This covers the cost of completing the NOIM and the official letter for Immigration.

    •    Occupation

    •    Address

    •    Conjugal status

    •    Date and place of birth

    •    Marriage Timing:

The marriage must occur within nine months of your fiancé arriving in Australia.

After the Wedding

Once the wedding has taken place, you may need an official Marriage Certificate from the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages. For your marriage to be recognized overseas, this certificate may need to be stamped by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs. It’s always a good idea to check with your own embassy regarding their specific requirements.

With my support, I will ensure this process is as seamless as possible, so you can focus on starting your life together with your loved one. Let’s work together to make your dream a reality.
